At Explore Genius we facilitate the Thrive programme and or we can train you to create your very own Thrive hubs.
Thrive Hubs are the nucleus of transformation for educational institutions like schools, colleges, and universities. These hubs serve as the epicentre for cultivating excellence and replicating success. By housing the training of The Thrive Program and facilitating the development of self-modelling, state management, and effective communication across all hierarchical tiers, these hubs foster optimum student and employee well-being and success.

The Thrive Program
The Thrive Program is a holistic and trauma informed approach to enhancing the experience for both teachers and students. Explore Genius are dedicated to providing sustainable and comprehensive support to those that are enhancing the learner experience in education. What we know is that change can cause overwhelm, stress and anxiety meaning that the individual can lose sight of or forget what works best for them.
With this in mind we run on going External Thrive Hubs, which provide you with the opportunity to meet with people outside of your current work environment and act as a check in and resource development session for those wanting to maintain and retain a good working and learning state.
We also provide training and ongoing support for the development of internal Thrive Hubs for those that want to continue the regular meetings and Thrive format.
