6 Week Taster Programme


This 6-week, group-coaching programme will explore what each group-member needs to learn and work at their best. Engage and discover how you and others make decisions and optimise your relationship with time.

THRIVE Deep Dive in Leadership

12 Week Core skills


This 12-week programme provides teams and individuals with an opportunity to explore working and learning at its best, for you and for your team. It focuses attention on decision making and relationships with time, implementing learning, reviewing it and embedding effective strategies.


By tracking your processes over time, you can identify your own patterns and establish what works and what doesn't work for you. You will also be practising and developing the skills to ask questions and be curious about similarities and differences between yourself and others. 

The THRIVE - Deep Dive in Leadership Programme results in better collaboration, reduced conflict and improved overall performance for you and for your team.
