Co-Coaching

As a manager you may struggle with distinguishing between a neurodivergent need that must be accommodated and a performance issue that must be addressed.


Co-coaching provides both the manager and the employee with space and time to unpack what is happening and explore what could work better for both. This results in clearer communication and supports greater working effectiveness.

We can help you organise yourself. Sometimes you might outsource a task to us; other times we will work alongside you to streamline your systems and processes.

  • clarify your thinking - we can offer you a sounding board; sanity-checking ideas (sometimes called ‘body doubling’)
  • Reminders, supporting you to meet your commitments
  • Well being and stress management protocol.
  • Completion of paperwork, reports and general admin tasks.


If you are in the UK, you may be eligible for funding through the government ‘Access to Work Scheme’ if you have a disability, illness or health condition that means you need support to do your job. This includes those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety among other conditions which do not require diagnosis.
