THRIVE In Primary Schools

Elevate Your Primary School

In the world of early childhood education you recognise the critical importance of early support - laying foundations for a lifetime of success and wellbeing.  At Explore Genius,  we know that navigating the ever-changing educational landscape can be challenging.

If you are dedicated to fostering inclusive environments, empowering young learners and supporting educators, Explore Genius can offer you  a wealth of experience. We have years of  steadfast commitment to nurturing the unique potential within every child learner and within the adults who support them.

We understand that, alongside the children, educators, support workers and families also need to be resourced and supported through the education process and we proactively include them in our tailored support programmes.

Our THRIVE in Primary Programmes, can be delivered to individuals or groups, depending on the specific needs.

THRIVE for Primary Learners focuses on the needs of the learner and includes their educators with regular opportunities for feedback.

THRIVE for Primary Educators focuses on the resources and strategies to build resilience and improve stress management in an ever changing environment.

THRIVE in Primary Programme  provides attendees with vital time to think, reflect and get to know what they need to be at their best, more of the time. We also provide alternative provision, crisis support and tailored educational support when required.

Our 'THRIVE' programmes facilitate

Effective Self Regulation

By creating the conditions for judgement-free curiosity,  your pupils and staff can develop an understanding of themselves and each other. This enables individuals to become their own advocates, asking for what they need to self-regulate and learn at their best.

Creative Problem Solving

By embracing neurodiversity we unlock each individual's unique perspective. This fosters innovative thinking, collaboration and solution-focused conversations. When we are more aware of the needs of others,  we can  nourish inclusive, creative problem-solving within a more  harmonious learning environment.

Improved Engagement

As  staff and pupils learn to give evidence-based feedback, they help each other tap into hidden strengths and talents.  Confidence levels rise as curiosity grows. Together you pave the way for extraordinary achievements  , This creates an environment which encourages  improved levels of engagement.

Thrive is a transformative programme designed specifically for primary school learners and educators.

Children who engage in THRIVE for Primary Learners develop essential skills and strategies to navigate their educational journey with confidence.

Adults engaging in THRIVE for Primary Educators gather resources to manage stress whilst developing tools and strategies to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Through personalised coaching and workshops, we promote self-awareness, resilience, effective learning techniques and a deeper understanding of neurodiversity.

Thrive for Primary Schools Can Include:

Goal setting & planning

Stressful environments and neurodivergent conditions can impact an individual's perception of time, which in turn reduces confidence in their ability to set goals and plan. By creating the conditions for learners to manage their own state, explore their own timescapes and learning methods, they can improve planning and prioritisation skills and more easily achieve their goals.

Improved memory recall

By developing an understanding of their unique recall cues, it can increase a learner's confidence in their ability to remember and recall information. Our THRIVE in Primary  can develop practical strategies that help learners and educators optimise learning, revising and succeeding under test conditions.

State management

Creating the conditions for learners to speak freely  about all aspects of their experience can release them from fear of being ‘wrong’, especially if they work differently to others. This enables them to explore  how their brain works and they discover what they need,  to learn and work at their best.

Harnessing strengths

By helping learners understand  their patterns and processes they can  identify what progress looks and sounds like for them. Strengths, explored and harnessed can grow confidence and reduce overwhelm.
