Thrive in Education

Improve Well-Being, Reduce Stress and Increase Attendance

The more we learn about neurodiversity and mental health the more complex the educational landscapes can become. Juggling the needs of the learners, with that of the educators and the establishment as a whole is no easy task and we get that!

Trained in trauma informed approaches, the 'Explore Genius team' create the conditions for the all important conversations, that enable individuals to identify what they need to be at their best. We can also support organisations in creating learning hubs,  where  participants can build confidence in advocating for their needs and the needs of others. Our unique approach means that you can expect to feel supported with compassion, care and without judgment, no matter what kind of challenges are being faced.

From Primary School, Secondary School, Academies, Colleges, through to University we are here to support you, to support each other.

Primary schools

By developing a trauma informed communication style and creating the conditions for individuals to advocate for what they need, you can expect to reduce stress and social anxiety for pupils, parents, carers and staff alike. This often leads to improving the overall learning experience for everyone involved, reducing exclusion and increasing attainment.

Academies & secondary schools

By developing strategies to understand behaviours in the classroom, you can expect to to reduce overwhelm, stress and anxiety. This can then lead to creating the conditions to increase confidence to learn, optimise memory recall and practical strategies to prepare for exams.

Colleges

Helping your college increase attainment, attendance & achievement by supporting staff & students to develop strategies to improve collaboration, communication,  memory, organisation, management of self & time.

University

Helping your University create the conditions that encourages learners to develop an  independent  and autonomous learning style. Which can lead to Increased Attainment, Attendance & Achievement and better communication, collaboration and well-being.
