Explore With Us Your Genius And Optimise Your Neurodiverse Skills
Do you need to find ways to improve attainment and attendance?
Do you want to improve productivity and performance?
Do you want to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm?
Whether you are in
Education, Corporate, Health Care or Third Sector
What you are all likely to have in common is the challenge of staying in a learning state when change disrupts your own patterns. Whether you are a teacher, manager or pupil, at some level you need to train and educate others in what works for you, whilst also being willing to learn and understand what works for others.
Whilst our journey started in Education, we have over the years been invited to work with a range of organisations who have a desire to learn and be better. They each wanted to find solutions to the challenges that they faced and what many identified is that they were missing the tools and resources to create the conditions for a different kind of conversation in order to get a different result.

Conflict Resolutions
"We were stuck in a conflict, and each of us couldn't see the way out. We needed help to see through it and to help us see the other person's side.
Explore Genius helped us to learn how to ask the right questions which enabled us to reflect about how each of us felt about the situation. This helped us to come out from the stuckness."

Managing Meltdowns
"Explore Genius supported in a way that I had never experienced. It was all of the family being looked after essentially.
With understanding, curiosity and no judgement I felt like I could be really honest.
They didn't come out with all of the answers instead they guided me to help me find some of the answers and the solutions within myself."

Leadership
“Working with Tina at Explore Genius, at the start of the Quay Riders project, was so helpful in understanding the complexities of the tasks ahead.
Furthermore, I was introduced to Clean Communication, a powerful tool that allowed me to understand how I could work at my best.”
